1) эк. личная заинтересованность директора (финансовая заинтересованность руководящего лица в деятельности компании, связанная с тем, что директора владеют акциями [management shares\], получают бонусы и долю прибыли, участвуют в сделках с акциями и облигациями компании; директор располагает большей информацией, чем рядовой акционер, и может использовать ее в личных целях. Владение акциями компании обычно поощряется, но любые личные операции директоров находятся под строгим контролем)
